RECORDS AND COMMUNICATION:

Insurance – Management of all interactions with the insurance company, with the exception of payment, but including using the insurance carrier’s website, obtaining and sending Certificates of Insurance, adding Additional Insured, and managing the coverage details. Payment should be requested by this position for the Treasurer to pay or have a direct payment from our account.

Liaison to Howard County – Annually coordinate with the County regarding contract renewals and room rental, and maintain ongoing communications through the year as required. This would not replace communications by the Shop Coordinator or other authorized Board members.

It was a pleasure to speak with you yesterday, and we all left that discussion really impressed by your enthusiasm and significant organizational development background. I reiterate that you should consider the duties listed above as the baseline for the role – we really look forward to your involvement and bringing fresh ideas to help us improve the guild.

I want you to know that Al Wainger has been appointed Business Manager with a focus on Financial Support.
