The Howard County Fair is an annual event taking place in August each year that encourages citizens to consider woodworking, invite new members to join, and provides woodworkers an opportunity to display their work in a juried contest.

This year the fair is August 2-9, 2025.
Guild members can participate in a number of ways. You can:
- Enter your projects in the juried contest,
- Volunteer to man the Guild exhibition booth ,
- Demonstrate the woodworking craft, and
- Interface with the public to promote woodworking and membership in our Guild.
Ron Clements will provide Guild leadership to secure volunteers to man our area at the fair, arrange for facilities, and help you plan for display of your project items. Contact Ron at the monthly meetings.
