Maintain online access to Travelers Insurance website.

Maintain guild’s insurance company website profile (username, password, contact information, business address, payment preference and payment card).

Manage insurance policy coverage details, limits of coverage, risks, addendums and Certificate of Insurance meta data.

December 17th, or there about, pay the premium.

Early January, obtain the General Certificates of Insurance from the website portal.

For third parties, obtain COI as needed from the website portal.
